Job Title: KS3 SEN Outreach Tutor

Job Duties:
* Provide tailored support and assistance to Key Stage 3 (KS3) students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in an outreach setting
* Develop and deliver individualised learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback
Required Qualifications:
* A recognised teaching qualification
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN strategies and best practises
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a teaching or tutoring role
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the UK education system
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional qualifications in Special Educational Needs
* Experience in working in an outreach or community setting
Working Conditions:
* Work will primarily be conducted in a learners home setting
* May involve travel to different locations within the East of England

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
