Project, Production and Operations Manager

To cut it at Cracked, you need to know how to keep plates spinning while building strong client relationships. As Marketing Project Executive, you'll be responsible for the day to day on a key retainer account while supporting the wider Client Services team with project management to ensure all work is delivered on brand, on brief, and on time, every time.
Main responsibilities:
1. Support the day-to-day management of assigned retainer client, ensuring all briefs are executed and delivered in full.
2. Develop a positive working relationship with clients and gain a greater understanding of their business and business objectives.
3. Support, and lead client conversations, including weekly status calls, providing updates on studio planning and job progress.
4. Create and manage internal agency briefs to support timely delivery of client briefs.
5. Support the wider Client Services team with project management expertise and administrative oversight.
6. Project manage multiple projects of varying scales across the Client Services team, ensuring all deadlines are met.
7. Plan and coordinate studio workflow, managing resource allocation and job scheduling through internal tracking systems.
8. Develop collaborative relationships with internal teams and third parties to ensure smooth project delivery.

The experience this role requires is:
ESSENTIAL
1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a marketing role or junior project management role (either in agency or in-house for supplier, brand, or operator).
2. Proven experience in client services or account management.
3. Working knowledge of how to write a brief.
4. Demonstrable project management capabilities.
5. Experience using project management and planning tools.
6. Working knowledge of how to write a brief.
7. Exposure to marketing planning and delivery.
DESIRABLE
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in client/account support.
2. Foodservice industry experience or knowledge.
3. Understanding of the digital landscape in a marketing capacity.
