Hotel Operations Manager

We have a new opening for a Hotel Operations Manager to join the team at De Vere Horsley Estate in Surrey.
As the Hotel Operations Manager at De Vere Horsley Estate you will work alongside Michael Micallef, General Manager, to ensure the smooth running of this large Hotel estate with 175 bedrooms & 51 event spaces. You will work closely with all departments within the hotel with a number of direct reports to include the Restaurant, Bars, Conference & Banqueting Managers, Head Housekeeper, Front Office Manager & Guest Relations Manager. You will have a particular focus on Food & Beverage, Events & Housekeeping service delivery as well as payroll and recruitment.

About you:
• You have experience in a large Hotel or events venue overseeing food, beverage, conference & events. Ideally you have also previously supported colleagues in housekeeping and reception
• You will have a positive approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team
• You have a service orientated approach and a passion for high standards with experience of coaching, developing and training team members
• You will be organised, flexible and able to work well under pressure
