Desk Engineering Assistant Manager
A professional and adaptable communication style to be able to converse with all. Reporting into Desk operations manager.
Responsibility for settlement of Total Loss claims including:
1. Obtaining policy info
2. Indemnity checks
3. Payment requests
4. Payment Confirmations
5. Salvage Disposal
6. Engagement with Davies Tech team
Key Responsibilities:
1. Escalation management
2. Ensure targets are reached, maintained
3. To produce daily statistics
4. Development of team to achieve client SLA’s via support, coaching, and feedback
5. Ensure a high level of staff engagement
6. Assisting in conducting regular performance and audit reviews
7. Continuous improvement focus leading excellent customer service
8. To challenge processes to continue improvement of best practice.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
1. Communicates both internally and externally to the business.
2. Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach
3. Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
4. Being able to adjust quickly and efficiently to maximize efficiency of the team/workloads.
5. Previous vehicle valuation experience (Glass’s / CAP etc…) would be advantageous but not a requirement.
