We are now seeking a dynamic and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and scale our digital presence.
Position Overview:
The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
This role requires expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, brand development, and customer experience within the online education or financial services industry.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of scaling digital businesses and optimising marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to enhance market presence.
Drive innovation in marketing campaigns, ensuring the company stays ahead of trends.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
Manage and optimise SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Oversee the development and execution of advertising campaigns.
Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Develop strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Growth & Revenue Generation:
Develop and manage the customer acquisition funnel, ensuring conversion rate optimisation.
Identify and implement growth marketing strategies, including influencer partnerships and referral programmes.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Explore and test new marketing channels, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions.
Brand & Community Building:
Strengthen the company’s brand identity and reputation in the financial education sector.
Develop and execute a content strategy that educates and engages the target audience.
Oversee community-building efforts, including social media engagement and customer advocacy.
Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand guidelines.
Person Specification:
Proven experience as a CMO, Marketing Director, or Head of Marketing in a digital business, online education, or financial services industry.
Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, paid media, and content marketing.
Demonstrated success in scaling customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Experience in brand development, community engagement, and thought leadership.
Data-driven approach with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Desirable Experience
Experience in subscription-based business models or SaaS marketing.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, investing, or personal finance.
