What you’ll do: · Manage the day-to-day sales requests from new and legacy customer accounts. · Responsible for a timely response to customer RFQ opportunities via phone, email or other submission. · Manage data entry of all quotes, sales orders and other sales related functions into our CRM system. · Help us achieve our goal of the best possible customer experience by identifying the best form of quote to suit the customer's needs, offering alternatives when applicable. What you’ll bring: · Previous experience working directly with customers in a sales capacity · Comfortable working with customers on the phone · Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the fastener industry is a plus. · Experience working with a CRM · MS Office skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel. · Ability to effectively work across other functional departments and within the Sales organization to maximize sales and margin. xyz
