Job Title: SEN Tutor

Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours
Salary:
£20 - £25 per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide one-on-one educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' specific needs
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' learning
* Monitor and report on students' progress to relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN regulations and best practises
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEN teaching
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
* Proficient in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
* Experience working in a school setting
Working Conditions:
Work primarily in a school environment, may require travel to students' homes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
