Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, young people, and their families?
If you are, we're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in Rugby, supporting the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.

You'll also engage with children and families in schools and communities, creatively promoting health messages through assemblies, lessons, and events.
As part of a dynamic team, you'll build lasting relationships with schools, families, and partner organisations while using IT systems to ensure accurate data collection. Whether working independently or alongside colleagues, you'll play a key role in supporting positive health outcomes.
We offer comprehensive training, ongoing professional development, and a supportive environment where your contributions truly matter. If you're a great communicator with a passion for working with young people, join us and help shape healthier futures.
This great role is for 30 hours per week from Mon-Thursday (0900 - 1700) during Term Time only.
