We’re Hiring – Sales Administrator
Hours: Mon-Fri (Full-time)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per year
Flare has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to support our sales activities across the business unit, by managing client accounts, creating quotations, handling order processing, and coordinating other sales activities.
Duties:
* Manage sales order processing from initial enquiry to order completion.
* Assist in setting up and maintaining client and vendor accounts on Sage 50.
* Source equipment and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing.
* Support sales growth by following up on open opportunities and documenting client feedback.
* Liaise with the Service Centre to ensure accurate and prompt quotations for ongoing jobs.
* Handle general office tasks, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
* Contribute proactively to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality initiatives.
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience in sales administration and Sage 50 Professional (preferred).
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Adobe.
* Strong organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Dedication to customer satisfaction while excelling in a fast-paced environment.
* A proven work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
