About the Role: As a Business Development Manager at MMS Facilities Management, you will focus on generating new business opportunities and increasing sales revenue. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. The position is field-based, and a company car can be supplied for travel.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
* Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
* Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to secure new business
* Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales progress
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing opportunities
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Valid driving license (company van provided for work purposes)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
