The Role
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will:
* Lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
* Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to deliver seamless user experiences.
* Use data-driven insights to refine and iterate designs, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.
* Champion user-centred design principles and best practices throughout the organisation.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital product designs.
* Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
* Solid understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and responsive design.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
* Experience working in Agile environments.
* Fintech experience is a plus but not essential.
