Experience Required · Ideally experienced at Brand Manager (PG25) level with a strong track record of performance. · You will have experience developing, adapting, and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment · You will have experience in leading data driven marketing and a deep understanding of customer and retailer requirements. · You will have experience in working cross-functionally and across multiple markets with Local Brand Activation teams. We now have a great opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our business. Working within the Marketing Team you will be responsible for leading the Cough portfolio including BENYLIN® & ACTIFED®, across Northern Europe, reporting to the Cough & Cold NE Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for one direct report, including leading their coaching and development, as well as coaching other team members. Internally you will work closely with the Global Cough & Cold Brand Development Team members and the Regional Deployment Leader in accordance with the Global Operating Model. You will work closely with the NE Commercial and Activation teams to drive excellence in execution and deliver against the set business targets. What you will do · Drive profitable growth of the Cough portfolio, across total Northern Europe, including UK, Ireland and Nordics · Lead the delivery of the in-year full P&L and share targets, across total NE · Support and shape NE Y3 strategic plans working closely with the local teams to leverage the strategy driven by the Global BDT (Brand Development Team). · Work closely with Marketing Manager and BDT in the development and delivery of a new Comms campaign for Winter 2025/2026. · Support, with the potential to lead Winter Activation Partnership for 2025/2026 to drive share growth, penetration, relevance and modernity across the BENYLIN® brand. · Shape, support and implement of innovation pipeline across total NE Cough. · Deliver executional excellence working closely with the UK Sales team to drive impactful in store and online activations during peak periods with a focus on driving share in key accounts. · Collaborate with local Commercial teams across Northern Europe to identify opportunities, address challenges and unlock category growth with key retail partners. · Closely partner with the Ireland & NE teams to deliver mental and physical availability across the Cough portfolio, with a clear focus on Benylin® (including integrated business planning, media and data driven marketing, perfect store, and revenue growth management). · Develop and coach supporting members of the team, lead the cross functional team working in close collaboration with the Cough & Cold Marketing Manager.
