We’re looking for a Director of Legal Operations to join us in Bradford on a hybrid working arrangement. Reporting into VP Operations for People, Legal and Construction, the Director Legal Operations is an exciting and challenging role that is accountable for market leading, technology led end to end Legal services, on behalf of Liberty Shared Services and its customers. As the Director of Legal Operations, you will provide visionary leadership and exceptional service management to a growing team of 90 legal professionals, driving the legal function toward excellence. What will you be doing? This role will lead on 2 key pivotal projects that will defone the future of legal operations. These are the Digitalisation of Legal Operations and the Expansion of Services and Customer Base to the External Market. This will involve, Establishing a market-leading service offering with clear, measurable objectives to set the benchmark for digital transformation in legal operations. Validating and refining the technology blueprint to ensure alignment with key commercial milestones and inflection points. Driving the implementation of technology solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced service delivery. Transition of the operating model to fully capture efficiency gains, optimizing processes and workflows for maximum impact. Prepare comprehensive commercial information and sales materials to effectively market new services to prospective clients. Strategically evaluate target markets and identify the ideal customer base, positioning the organisation for successful market entry. Build and enhance market credibility through industry accolades, recognition, and strong brand positioning.
