They are looking to add an additional internal recruiter to the team and this person will play a pivotal role in shaping their internal recruitment strategy. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience. Lead the adoption of competency-based interviews, ensuring consistency in high-quality hiring practices throughout the business. Leverage various networking platforms to source potential candidates Partner with Hiring Managers to fully understand their needs and create clear role requirements. Develop job descriptions and adverts that reflect the company's values and high standards. Offer 1-on-1 coaching and training sessions to Hiring Managers to help enhance their recruitment skills. Assist in refining and optimising the ATS system to simplify recruitment processes for both Hiring Managers and candidates. Skills & Experience Needed: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices with experience in a fast-paced internal recruitment or HR setting. Confident and professional communicator, able to build strong relationships at all levels and articulate ideas clearly in person and in writing. IT-savvy, with experience in database management, and a collaborative, continuous improvement mindset. Able to handle pressure, juggle competing priorities, and meet expectations.
