Hours: 43 hours per week (7:45 PM – 8:00 AM, alternate weekends)

About the Role
As a Night Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care throughout the night. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Supervising night shifts to maintain high standards of care
2. Assigning tasks and managing the performance of the night care team
3. Administering medications safely and effectively
4. Conducting care assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
5. Providing compassionate and dignified support to residents
6. Upholding Anchor’s values and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
