About the role
You will play a crucial role in shaping our clients service delivery within their Marlow hub. Dedicated to supporting one or two Financial Advisers, you will be responsible for every aspect of business facilitation from diary management and administrative support through to case management and client relationship building.
To achieve success, it's essential to be approachable, exceptionally organised, and skilled at multitasking with ease.
Accountabilities
* Liaise with 3rd party providers and navigate provider platforms.
* Process new business applications.
* Co-ordinate Financial Planner’s diaries and arrange client meetings.
* Prepare documentation for client appointments and meetings, including the production of annual review meeting packs.
