Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Employee Relations team in managing and resolving employee relations issues.
2. Champion inclusivity in every aspect of employee relations, supporting both colleagues and volunteers with care and empathy.
3. Spark open and authentic conversations, encouraging transparency and trust across teams.
4. Take charge of fostering a positive, respectful, and safe workplace, addressing and calling out inappropriate behaviour to maintain a supportive atmosphere.
5. Collaborate with leaders across the organisation to share and implement best practices in employee relations.
6. Continuously seek creative ways to improve processes and outcomes, keeping our workplace one of the best places to work.
