The business is growing rapidly, working with various stakeholders at a local level to reduce costs, carbon emissions and overall consumption by overseeing the development and production of innovative energy solutions for customers.
You will report to the Head of Customer Experience, offering you ample development opportunities and the ability to grow within the business. You are certainly a dynamic person, taking it as your duty to provide first-class communications to all who you encounter.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Proactively providing outcomes for all incoming correspondence
- Implementing new systems to constantly better the service for customers
- Assisting in the production of documents and communications
- To deal with complaints in a timely and measured manner
- To oversee coordination and representation of updates and reports to the wider business
- Investigation and reconciliation of accounts and meter reading and to take respective action
