YOUR ROLE Our Daventry team is on the lookout for a proactive, dynamic, and super-organised Customer Service Clerk to join us You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while helping us deliver a top-notch service to our amazing customers. This role will see you working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Reporting into Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Collaborating closely with the customer service and warehouse teams, you’ll work to achieve operational success and meet targets for service excellence, efficiency, and quality. In this role, you’ll prepare reports for CEVA on behalf of the customer, ensure delivery slots are booked according to instructed times by staying in daily contact with customers, and regularly update on delivery statuses. You’ll also analyse trends and identify opportunities to enhance service levels in line with contract SLAs, while maximizing transport efficiency by consolidating orders. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels. You will enjoy working as part of a team but also working alone on your own initiative.
