You will be working as part of a friendly, welcoming and expert multidisciplinary Theatre Team supported by our experienced Theatre Manager.
These are exciting times to be working at the Practice Plus Group Hospital, Plymouth, whilst we would normally be undertaking Orthopaedic, General, Ophthalmic & Endoscopy. If you have experience as a Scrub, Anaesthetic or Recovery Practitioner & are enthusiastic & committed to Patient Care, then we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
You will be a part 1 registered NMC Nurse with experience of working in theatre, or a HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner. As well as being up to date with current research and developments in theatre practice, you will have a sound knowledge of Health and Safety/Risk Management within the operating department.

Person Specification
Experience
* Worked in a theatre environment for a minimum of 1 year.
* Independent sector experience.
* Experience of the following specialities: Orthopaedics, General, Plastics, ENT, GU, Endoscopy, Ophthalmics.
Additional Criteria
* Evidence of ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to manage change effectively.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
