About You

Qualifications:
* Essential: Experience in customer care and administrative support, with a keen attention to detail.
* Desirable: Previous experience in a leisure or fitness environment is beneficial but not essential.

* Strong IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage with people of all backgrounds.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Receptionist & Administrative Assistantto be the welcoming face of our facility. If you are committed to providing excellent customer service and administrative support, we want you to join our friendly and professional team!
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service Excellence: Be the first point of contact for all customers and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service.
* Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administration tasks such as processing payments, inputting invoices, managing orders, and overseeing the leisure management system.
* Health & Safety: Maintain a tidy and safe reception area, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
* Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries, process member requests such as cancellations or changes to subscriptions, and manage complaints or compliments professionally.
* Sales & Membership: Assist in generating membership leads, providing facility tours, and supporting marketing efforts.
* Data Management: Manage sensitive customer information in line with policies and procedures, including processing direct debit payments and handling personal details securely.
* Venue & Event Coordination: Assist with scheduling and managing venue hire needs and supporting events as required.
* Team Support: Assist with opening and closing procedures, and provide support to the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
