We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and own the coordination and timely delivery of our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) service.
Working closely with internal teams, you'll have a collaborative way of working that ensures work is progressed on time and the delivery teams have all the information they need to produce fantastic work for our clients.
Note: We work from the office 3 days per week and are based near the Metro Centre in Gateshead.
The role
You'll be responsible for:
1. Confirming the CRO strategies and roadmaps for specific clients and projects.
2. Managing workflows and tasks across delivery schedules to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
3. Communicating reports and recommendations to the UX Director and other key project stakeholders.
4. Resolving and/or escalating issues that could impact delivery to ensure all teams maintain a client-centric approach.
5. Following project management processes and principles to give clients and service line leaders confidence in the CRO offering.

The person
Ideally you'll have:
1. Experience in CRO in a marketing agency, tech consultancy, or other professional services environment (desirable).
2. A degree or equivalent knowledge in digital marketing, business, project management, or related subject.
3. A practical and results-driven style, comfortable coordinating and managing work through other people to deliver agreed plans.
4. Practical understanding of Agile methodologies and software knowledge of Jira, GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, or similar (desirable).
5. A natural talent and proven ability for analysing data, solving problems, and breaking broader solutions down into tangible, deliverable elements.
6. An organised style of working that helps you manage deadlines and priorities clearly and effectively.
7. Excellent ability to maintain high standards of work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client briefs.
8. A strong desire to learn by continually training and pursuing personal development opportunities.
9. A great attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit.
