Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director- North America and Asia.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
You must be based within 15 miles of the DE6 (Ashbourne, Derbyshire) postcode.
Responsibilities
* Scheduling: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Communication: Responding to emails.
* Document management: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing, scanning, and shipping documents.
* Meeting preparation: Taking notes and preparing agendas.
* Report preparation: Preparing expense reports, Monthly BOD Presentations, and other reports.
* Special projects: Creating presentations, spreadsheets, and other special reports.
* Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality with all materials.
* Travel: Only within local area (i.e., to meet for document signing purposes).
* Other duties: Supporting executives as needed.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills will be highly regarded.
* Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Preferable (not essential) Spanish Language proficiency.
* UK Driving License (own vehicle required for local travel).
This role is for 20 hours per week, which can be worked flexibly. Based from home, you will be required to meet once weekly with the Managing Director in order to exchange documents; therefore, you must be able to travel locally and live within 15 miles of the DE6 postcode.

Pay: £33,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
