We are currently recruiting Childrens and Young person's Community & Residential Support Workers. Successful candidates will be supporting children and young people to meet their physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and cultural needs within the service.
Within your role, you will help children within the homes through aiding the services with routines and boundaries, through the individuals personal plan to provide them with positive experiences and memories.
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for working with younger individuals.
Some of the children you come into contact with may have physical or learning disabilities, mental health issues, autism, ADHD or a number of medical ailments.
