The Position
Responsible for overseeing the business development and growth of client accounts, you’ll look to ensure all avenues are reaching their full potential through effective communication, planning and management.
Working in partnership with those around you, you’ll drive sales and achieve financial targets, looking to reduce costs and enhance profitability wherever possible.
Taking the lead on accounts, you’ll represent the agency in meetings by speaking with confidence and persuasion, always working hard to upsell opportunities and forge successful relationships with clients, as well as your internal team.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a great leader, someone proactive and assertive with a great set of leadership and management skills perfectly paired with a growth mindset.
Ideally, we’re after someone who has an incredible background working with clients on brand and packaging design. You’ll know the industry like the back of your hand, and have plenty of gravitas when it comes to collaborating with clients and internal teams alike.
A real people person, you’ll be someone who always looks to raise people up, fostering and nurturing relationships whilst keeping an eye on the bigger picture. If you’re all about exceeding expectations and never compromising on a great culture, this could be a really great fit!
