Do you have experience working with ESG? Are you looking for a new challenge and would like to be the focal point for sustainability for a company within the UK and Ireland.
Our client is looking to add an ESG Coordinator to their team based out of Brighton. You will ensure that policies and procedures for identifying, managing and monitoring ESG matters are up-to-date. You'll liaise with sustainability, environmental engineering and compliance team in head office as well as several site-based teams around the UK.
You will also deal with internal and external reporting on ESG matters as well as providing ESG support to tenders. You'll take part in sustainability-related work groups, via channels such as the Environment Agency's Sustainability Community.
You will develop the Social Value framework, which will involve initiatives at Corporate and project levels, including corporate-social responsibility initiatives. You'll update the Modern Slavery Statement and Modern Slavery Supplier Due Diligence reports and all other annual policies (e.g. Equality and Diversity, Anti-Slavery, etc.) relevant to the UK to ensure they reflect the current market, drafting new policies when appropriate.
