Position summary: You will manage several client accounts to ensure client satisfaction. You will report to the Head of Commercial. Organizational abilities and strong leadership skills are key to this role as you will work closely alongside the Head of Commercial, other Account Managers and other teams at PSH to ensure we deliver the best service we can. You will attend client meetings representing PSH, both remotely and face to face to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Within the company, commercial team objective is to grow commercial awareness and ensure that all teams work towards meeting the contractual conditions on each portfolio. You might be asked to support preparing and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities: Maintaining issues list for each client and sponsoring progress on these issues with the business Reporting on updates and providing reports to the clients Responsible for client retention Working with other members of the team to win new work (Additional services) Contract reviews with the client Understanding all contractual obligations Identification of commercial/financial risks in the account Reporting additional costs to clients Presenting new services and ideas to clients Attending team meetings and representing the view of the client at these meetings Representing PSH Operations at external meetings Contributing to overall business marketing strategy Attending client meetings, calls, and site visits H&S responsibilities as per Recurrent Energy H&S Policy: The business sectors throughout the UK are managed by the Regional Heads who report directly to the Managing Director, duties and responsibilities include: Identify H&S improvements in line with Recurrent Energy continuous improvement philosophy Ensure operational policies and procedures are adhered to Ensure Health and safety is integrated into all business processes (that Commercial team has an influence on) and identifying gaps in procedures where H&S should be integrated. Knowing and following our Golden Rules Facilitate Client liaison on any Health and Safety and operational matters Ensure any 3rd party visits organized directly or by the team are following the 3rd party access procedures Ensure that the Commercial Team communicate any 3rd party/Client requests to relevant Recurrent Energy employees and managers so that all safe measures can be taken to accommodate those requests CDM co-ordination acting as Works Organiser Key skills: Experience as an Account Manager or similar role Experience of the solar essential Experience of managing relationships with clients Self-motivated and resilient with excellent organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent IT skills especially excel and word Contractually competent An understanding of technical issues and key performance KPIs Be financially literate Why you should join us: You will become part of an amazing culture with a supportive leadership team and smart teammates who care and want to make a difference.
