What youll do day to dayPreparing vehicles to a high standard.
Advising the Bodyshop/Service Advisor of any additional work necessary during the repair process.
Working in a team to complete large jobs and assist colleagues where necessary to meet deadlines.
Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
Helpful skills and qualificationsDont worry about ticking off every single skill here - if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you.NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
Thorough understanding of vehicle safety standards and guidelines
Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
Proven ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining a keen eye for detail
Ability to collaborate and contribute positively within a team environment
A current valid MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
Must hold a valid UK driving licence
