As a Medical Secretary, you will provide a crucial bridge between our Clinicians and their patients. You will liaise with medical professionals, turning their notes into letter form, ensuring customers are clear about their appointments, advice, and outcomes.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
* Handling payments
* Typing letters, clinical reports, and transcriptions
* Organising meetings and taking minutes
* Opening and closing of clinics
* Addressing Zendesk tickets
* Answering patient queries by telephone and email
* Administrative tasks to support the wider team
About You:
