We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our Senior Management Team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing busy diaries and scheduling meetings efficiently.
* Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for senior team members.
* Preparing presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
* Processing expenses and supporting event organisation.
* Playing a key role in organising company events and conferences.
* Providing administrative support for time-sensitive projects.
* Ensuring the Oxford office is welcoming, organised, and running smoothly.
* Taking on responsibilities as the lead Fire Warden for the office.
Your role will be split:
85% Personal Assistant - supporting senior leaders and managing key administrative tasks.
15% Office Support - ensuring the Oxford office is an efficient and professional working environment.
What We're Looking For:
* PA or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience managing an executive's diary (ideally multiple diaries)
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).
* Strong communication skills - you'll liaise with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive mindset - you'll anticipate needs, solve problems, and stay one step ahead.
* Discretion and professionalism - you'll handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
