Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support to our external customers on the full range of our electronic control modules for various applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, remote desktop sessions, and face-to-face interactions.
* Deliver training sessions on our products covering technical functions, applications, and common faults.
* Test and confirm reported issues from customers and follow company procedures for remedial action.
* Prepare technical documentation, including product manuals and training instructions.
* Assist in the development guidance to engineering on new and existing product features.
* Support DSE internal teams, including production, engineering, sales & marketing, test & approvals, and other members of the technical support team.
Requirements:
* Educated to a HNC level in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent by industry experience.
* Ability to operate under own initiative and possess strong team working skills.
* Prior experience resolving complex engineering issues is desirable.

This role requires an estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
