Description Our HR Talent, Development, and Engagement (TDE) Center of Expertise is seeking a Talent Management & Engagement Director. Serve as a thought leader on talent management practices; provide ongoing guidance to HR leaders on talent priorities, including talent reviews, targeted development planning, and succession planning Create and lead an integrated talent management framework globally; champion the development, change management and execution of new HR system for talent processes Lead our colleague listening strategy, including annual and pulse surveys and facilitation of colleague experience council In conjunction with internal communication colleagues, facilitate our Colleague Experience roadmap, refining our employer brand so that it is aspirational and resonates with current and potential colleagues. Help to build a culture of open feedback and accountability Collaborate with relevant COEs, teams and business leaders on leveraging talent analytics for talent decision making and tracking targeted talent pools Benchmark talent management approaches and build a strong network with peers inside and outside the organization to build programs that address needs and are ahead of the curve The role will report to the Head of Talent, Development and Engagement. The role is open to colleagues with standard working hours which overlap both Eastern U.S. and U.K. time zones. Oversee the design, delivery, and program management of programs and interventions for current and emerging leaders to support our colleague experience, culture, and drive the WTW strategy. Collaborate across HR, segment, and geography leadership to inform a streamlined, centralized approach to talent management Equip leaders to drive our I&D strategy by incorporating I&D principles into all offerings. Role model inclusive leadership and being an Ally. Drive thought leadership and serve as an internal expert on talent management and colleague engagement. Apply theories and concepts to WTW’s culture and strategic goals in a way that feels authentic to our brand and colleague experience.
