Senior Architect - Specialist in Heritage Projects
Are you an experienced Architect with a passion for working on historic buildings and delivering exceptional results? We're working with a leading architectural practice in the North West seeking a talented Senior Architect to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering innovative, high-quality projects across public, cultural, prime residential, and higher education sectors. If you're passionate about preserving heritage while driving sustainable solutions, this role is for you.
Key Skills required:
1. Strong design and presentation skills, with a portfolio that stands out of high quality demonstrating excellent technical and construction knowledge.
2. At least 8 years experience working with historic buildings and sites, showing sensitivity and creativity in adapting them for contemporary use.
3. A commitment to delivering high-quality work, with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Proven ability to manage and deliver across all RIBA stages.
5. Highly organised with excellent project leadership skills.
6. Passionate about sustainability in heritage buildings, integrating forward-thinking, environmentally friendly approaches.
7. Experience in public, cultural, prime residential, or higher education projects is essential.
8. Proficiency in BIM/Revit.
9. A bonus would be if you are AABC, or SCA/CA accredited, if you are please highlight this in your application.
