About the Role:
The Residential Development Solicitor will handle a broad range of residential development matters, including:
* Acquisition and disposal of land for residential development
* Planning and infrastructure agreements
* Joint venture agreements
* Plot sales and development funding
* Strategic land and option agreements
This role is well-suited for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential development work, a strong technical skillset, and a proactive approach to managing complex transactions. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships while working in a supportive team environment focused on professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing all aspects of residential development transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and funding
* Advising clients on planning, infrastructure, and development matters

About the Candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQE in residential development law
