The role of the Maternity & Neonatal Business Change Team is to provide senior change leadership, IT system implementation and process redesign expertise and capability to ensure the departments are able to respond to and implement technology enabled care. The initial focus will be the replacement of our current Maternity Information System (MIS).
The post of Business Change Lead Analyst is a key role within the Maternity & Neonatal Digital Team, created in recognition of the importance of building internal specialist expertise and capacity in clinical IT system development and implementation to facilitate and influence the successful delivery of the Trust’s IT Strategy and support digital transformation.
