Job summary The Associate Director of Nursing and Head of Midwifery will work to the Deputy Chief Nurse and Director ofMidwifery and with the Chief Nurse and Midwife, Clinical Directors and Director of Operations to set thestrategic direction for their clinical groups and lead the delivery of effective clinical services, supported byHead of Nursing (HoN) for Gynaecology, a HoN for Neonatal Unit, a Deputy Head of Midwifery andConsultant Midwife.
