GSA is part of Group Chief Operating Office (COO), which acts as the bridge between the Bank’s businesses and infrastructure functions to help deliver the efficiency, control, and transformation goals of the Bank.
You will join the GSA Credit Risk Change Team, responsible for driving regulatory compliance, strategic transformation, and process re-engineering related to the credit life cycle for the Corporate and Investment Bank.
The role involves collaborating with key functions within GSA, Credit, and across Deutsche Bank, supporting a high-profile, broad transformation initiative.

Your key responsibilities
1. Create and maintain a structured programme plan with milestones and tracking mechanisms
2. Manage the Governance and reporting framework in line with Change the Bank (CTB) standards, defining roles and responsibilities
3. Report progress, escalate issues, and develop new progress reporting mechanisms in partnership with Credit Risk IT teams
4. Develop and control the programme budget, resource allocation, and manage the Investment Governance process
5. Manage benefits, monthly reporting, control checks, and financial validation
6. Lead and manage the programme management office team
Your skills and experience
1. Proven expertise in large-scale programme management and strategic change execution
2. Financial Markets and Credit Risk Management experience
3. Experience delivering technology change in agile environments
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Financial data analysis skills, including budgets and risk assessments
6. Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
