This European demand planner is varied and you will play an integral role in building and managing the relationship between the Commercial & Supply Chain teams, being a key doer/facilitator in the S&OP cycle.

Description
1. Supporting the S&OP cycle by preparing for and facilitating Demand Review meetings and updates into Supply Review.
2. Generating the base forecasts on a monthly basis and interrogating key forecast trends to highlight potential risks/opportunities within the forecast.
3. Supporting communication to the commercial teams and service recovery & reviewing forecast consumption week by week.
4. Compiling and reviewing weekly/monthly reporting and interrogation of Demand Planning KPI's & commentary analysis.
5. Attending project meetings for NPD/EPD & SKU Exits to ensure forecast alignment.
6. Facilitating Inventory discussions with various commercial markets across Europe.
Profile
To be successful in this Demand Planner - Global role in Derbyshire you will have:
1. Minimum 3 years' experience working in a supply chain environment, ideally in manufacturing.
2. Strong Analytical skills, able to use multiple data sources to understand trends.
3. Process Orientated but also able to be flexible and adaptable to change.
4. Good at building relationships and being able to influence different stakeholders.
5. Able to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous situations.
6. Good presentation skills, particularly being able to be clear and concise.
7. S&OP and/or SAP Experience desirable but not essential.
