Job Title: Contracts Manager
Salary: £50,000 Depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Provide guidance to and support the development of individuals in more junior roles
* Provide guidance to the business on commercial issues and internal governance throughout the contract lifecycle
* Collaborate with the project team, proactively engaging other functions to enhance the commercial solution
* Play a major role in winning new business and managing projects, drafting and negotiating moderately complex proposals, terms & conditions, agreements and changes
* Identifying commercial risks and opportunities, devising appropriate mitigations including seeking, presenting and obtaining relevant approvals
* UK/overseas travel as required
Your skills and experiences:
* Contracts experience across various types of contracts and agreements
* Negotiating and influencing experience
* Business acumen and financial awareness
* Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships, both internally and externally
* An ability to work as part of a team or independently with little supervision and guidance and using their own experience, judgement and initiative
* Track record of inclusive team skills as both a team leader and team member
* Degree level qualification in a business-related subject, or equivalent experience

As a Contracts Manager, you will be a trusted partner of our business. Ultimately, you will be managing customer relationships, negotiating deals, creating innovative solutions, and providing guidance on contractual, legal, regulatory and governance matters with internal and external stakeholders.
