What skills and experience we're looking for
• GCSE Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent, in English and Maths
• Proven experience in a relevant HR administrative position
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Strong ability in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience working in a school office environment
• Experience in using HRIS systems (e.g., iTrent)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle personal data with confidentiality and sensitivity
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Effective time management
• Adapts well to change
• Good organisational and personal management skills
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Effective behaviour management skills
• Able to work independently and be a team player
• Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality
