About our client
Our client, a global investment management firm, is currently looking to hire an HR Associate to join their London-based HR team. The firm, which invests through multiple strategies globally, has had fantastic financial results over the past few years. They have recently grown the business from both an asset and people perspective, including opening a new office for greater international reach. Due to this growth, they are now looking to add an additional HR resource to the European and rest of world people function.
What the job involves
As the HR Associate, you will immediately be afforded a broad range of responsibilities, supporting the European and rest of world arm of the business across all areas of Human Capital. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the European HR Director and have regular crossover with US counterparts.
1. Management of the day-to-day HR operations
2. Support and delivery of the performance reviews, ER cases, and PIPs
3. Support on all recruitment activities
4. Manage HRIS and on/off boarding processes
5. Manage HR policies and processes across the business
6. Co-ordinate payroll processes for the European and rest of world team
7. Manage training and development tracking
8. Support and delivery of HR projects
Who we are looking for
1. Proven HR experience working within the private equity or investment management industry
2. Proven technical HR experience within a generalist role
3. Previous experience and proficiency using HRIS
4. Previous HR project-based experience, either supporting or leading
5. Analytical and pro-active mindset
