Operations Co-Ordinator
First Response Training is one of the UK's leading and largest dedicated training providers, successfully delivering over 600 days of training each month.
We currently have an exciting vacancy at our Head Office in Pershore, to join our team as Operations Co-Ordinator. This role will be hands-on, including the making of training packs and logistics involved with resource planning. Daily tasks include booking train tickets, hotels, and any parking required by trainers, planning and arranging movement of equipment across the country, ensuring trainers maintain required stock levels of consumables, and effective record keeping.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Pre and post-paperwork
* Client KPI’s to be met in a timely manner
* Trainer line/telephone communications
* Providing weekly reports on trainer bonus schemes, trainer utilisation, and incidents
* Liaising between departments
* Reporting to line manager daily on trainer activity
We are looking for:
Someone who is highly motivated and exceptionally well-organised. You should be a strong communicator, comfortable talking on the phone and building rapport well, with a concern for excellence and be customer service orientated.
