Finance Assistant Location: Aberdeen Centre Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent Salary: Flexible Reed Accountancy are currently working with an established organisation who are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. Working 3 days a week in the office, the successful candidate would assist across accounts in the day-to-day duties of credit control and supporting the company purchase ledger. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Processing supplier invoices Reconciling supplier statements Resolving supplier queries efficiently and effectively Assisting with month-end tasks, such as reporting and accruals Performing credit control duties to ensure timely debt collection Chasing overdue payments Preparing customer statements and debt reports Maintaining credit control records Supporting the accountant with other transactional and ad hoc duties Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a similar accounting role Strong understanding of accounts payable and credit control Excellent communication, verbal and written Excellent attention to detail To apply for this Finance Assistant position, please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications.
