* JOB TITLE: Junior Application Support Analyst - Watford

* LOCATION(S): Watford
* HOURS: Full-time
* WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days, or 40% of your time, at our Watford site.
About this Opportunity: You’ll be providing IT application support on a daily basis to our Drivers, Tusker users (with Back Office, Fleetdesk and the Driver portal) and carrying out small enhancements on applications.

What you’ll need:
* To be able to diagnose and resolve day to day live system incidents.
* To manage the workflow of bugs and small enhancements through development to resolution.
* To effectively monitor and record progress of incidents and service requests raised in the central ITSM tools, providing timely feedback to stakeholders.
* To work with the Commercial team to manage new SSO’s, moves, merges and driver issues.
And any experience of these would be really useful:
* Knowledge and experience of issue tracking and reporting tools; Atlassian Jira Service Management and Jira.
* Knowledge and experience of incident, problem and change management.
* Experience of using Driver portal, Fleetdesk and/or Back Office systems.
