Key Responsibilities:
Processing spares orders.
Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant team.
Sending invoices to customers.
Distributing post.
Ordering stationery for all departments.
Processing customer credit card payments over the phone.
Entering office credit card receipts on the expenses portal.
Updating and maintaining the returns Excel form.
Managing the BRIGHTHR software system.
Providing cover for the Operations Manager during holiday leave.
