Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our Westbury based client who are looking to recruit an HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
In this key role, your duties will include the following:
Key Responsibilities:
* HR guidance and support for a number of sites although mainly Westbury
* Employee relations including conflicts, disputes, and grievances
* HR policy guidance
* Identifying training needs for teams and individuals
* Recruitment support for Managers as well as involvement in the on-boarding process
* Performance management support
* Administration of employee benefit programmes
* Some payroll involvement
What you will need to succeed:
* A proven record of employee relations is essential
* The ability to keep up to date with employment law changes
* Manufacturing/production experience and exposure to Unions would also be useful
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
* Excellent IT skills including MS Office
* First-rate communication skills at all levels
* The ability to manage a busy and ever-changing workload
* Your own transport is essential as you will be required to travel between sites
