Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our Westbury based client who are looking to recruit an HR Advisor on a permanent basis What you will be doing: In this key role, your duties will include the following : Key Responsibilities : HR guidance and support for a number of sites although mainly Westbury Employee relations including conflicts, disputes and grievances HR policy guidance Identifying training needs for teams and individuals Recruitment support for Managers as well as involvement in the on-boarding process Performance management support Administration of employee benefit programmes Some payroll involvement What you will need to succeed: A proven record of employee relations is essential The ability to keep up to date with employment law changes Manufacturing / production experience and exposure to Unions would also be useful CIPD Level 5 or equivalent Excellent IT skills including MS Office First rate communication skills at all levels The ability to manage a busy and ever changing workload Your own transport is essential as you will be required to travel between sites What you will receive in return : Competitive salary Monday to Friday full-time Immediate start with hybrid working available The chance to progress your career with a market leader Excellent benefits package If this role of HR Advisor sounds of interest and you would like to be considered, please contact Sarah at Thrive Trowbridge sarah.collinsthrivegroup. co.uk Thrive Group are acting as an employment agency in relationship to this vacancy.
