Job Description Our team currently have an opportunity for a Wellness Adviser to project manage within a corporate HR team. This unique role involves working onsite at a client office in central London to lead on various projects across multiple services within Wellness as part of the HR offering. Key Responsibilities Lead on the EMEA Wellness Programming strategy, ensuring programming is relevant to the firm’s business needs. Manage ad hoc projects, collaborating with colleagues across regions and teams. Develop and produce employee communications that enhance engagement in EMEA Wellness activities. Participate in employee presentations for new hires and other programmes. Support strategies regarding health, resilience, and family-friendly initiatives. Manage relationships with Wellness vendors and ensure compliance with contractual terms. Handle employee queries and track the progress of cases. Lead data collection for strategic benchmarking regarding benefits. Coach and support other Wellness colleagues or vendor workers. Oversee the management of the internal Wellness Exchange website. Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in a corporate Benefits & Wellness role, project management, or related fields. Experience in data analysis and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong competencies in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Proactive approach and the ability to work in a dynamic office environment. Experience with Wellness or HR functions is preferred but not essential.
