An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Band 2 Admin Support Officer to work in the Reception area at Princeway Clinic, Frodsham.
Part time - 14 hours per week (Thursday/Friday - (9 am - 4.30 pm)
To provide first line contact with our patients and visitors both face to face and over the telephone. Booking appointments and answering queries/signposting.
Main duties of the job
To meet and greet patients, visitors. Electronically arriving patients for their appointments and rebooking any future appointments. Administrative support, scanning of correspondence onto the patient electronic record. Answering the telephone and dealing with any enquiries demonstrating good customer service skills.
