This full-time role involves working within the community and across our two residential care homes, providing essential maintenance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform plumbing, air conditioning, and gas fitting tasks across community sites and residential facilities.
2. Perform a variety of commercial maintenance plumbing work.
3. Ensure all work meets safety and health regulations.
4. Deliver high-quality, reliable services to support our residents' wellbeing.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in commercial plumbing systems, including hot water units, TMVs, pumps, and general plumbing equipment.
2. Minimum Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Gas Fitting or relevant plumbing trade qualification.
3. Strong commitment to safety and effective communication skills.
4. Punctual with a strong work ethic.
5. Great time management and excellent customer service skills.
6. NDIS working screening check.
7. COVID vaccination + booster.
8. Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards all duties.
9. Excellent understanding of plumbing standards and ability to keep accurate records with all required photos and information to relay to the office.
