LOGISTICS COORDINATOR OVERVIEW
Lee Broom is one of the UK's leading product and interior designers. Based in London, we design, manufacture, and sell our lighting, furniture, and home accessory products through over 200 dealers in 50 countries, direct to the global A&D community and through our flagship showrooms in London and New York.
We are now recruiting a LOGISTICS COORDINATOR. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right individual to work in our busy warehouse and factory located in Barking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Book shipments with our couriers and shippers according to our UK, International, and EU processes and ensure paperwork is accurate, correct, and meets all relevant requirements.
2. Source cost-effective shipping options and solutions.
3. Monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and resolve issues that occur.
4. Liaise with our sales, finance, and product development teams to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered effectively.
5. Help track and monitor stock levels and order components from our suppliers.
6. Help receive goods, quality control items, and check shipping documentation.
Essential Experience and Skills:
1. Excellent computer skills and excellent administration skills.
2. Well organized with excellent attention to detail.
3. High level of numeracy and literacy in English and able to work in the UK.
4. Used to using multiple computer systems with a high degree of accuracy.
